Zusammenfassung

Redox, Inc. seeks a Staff Platform Engineer to own platform work end-to-end, from scoping to production-ready delivery. You’ll strengthen AI-agent capabilities, ensure security and scalability, and drive simplification across tooling and processes.

You’ll apply deep cloud and Kubernetes expertise, practice IaC with Terraform/Helm, and collaborate with a senior team to shape the platform’s future while contributing hands-on across infra, CI/CD, and observability.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in cloud-native infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Deep AWS production experience including networking and IAM.
• Production Kubernetes with lifecycle, upgrades, autoscaling.
• Infra-as-code with Terraform/Helm and GitOps delivery.
• Automating ops with strong testing and rollback safety.
• Security-minded approach to access, secrets, and config.

Aufgaben

• Own an ambiguous platform lane end-to-end from scope to production.
• Build foundations for AI agents in engineering and operations with proper permissions and observability.
• Maintain security, stability, and scale as traffic grows.
• Consolidate tools and patterns to simplify platform usage for humans and agents.
• Automate maintenance to reduce manual effort.
• Explain platform and AI costs to decision-makers.
• Collaborate on platform direction with team and architect.
• Contribute hands-on across infra, CI/CD, orchestration, and observability.
• Participate in on-call and own produced systems.
• Share knowledge via pairing, reviews, and documentation.
