Job summary

Conflation Labs Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer — Platform & Infrastructure to partner with the CTO in building, scaling, and debugging a multi-tenant architecture. This role focuses on developing AI-powered software for planning departments and local government.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in production software, hands-on RAG expertise, and a solid foundation in DevOps. Mentorship of junior engineers is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production software with significant senior IC experience.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, capable of debugging and scaling.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of CI/CD and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures and translate POCs into deliverable tasks.
• Own multi-tenant architecture to ensure tenant-specific configurations.
• Mentor junior engineers in orchestrating coding agents and best practices.
