Job summary

Altiore Labs is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to architect and develop the core foundation of our next-generation multi-tenant AI Control Centre. This role involves building a secure and high-performance platform that powers agents and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC, and cloud systems, particularly in Microsoft Azure. The position offers flexible part-time hours with the opportunity to impact a full AI platform from scratch.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to architect and develop the core foundation of our next‑generation multi‑tenant AI Control Centre. You will build the platform that powers agents, workflows, RAG pipelines, connectors, and all backend services. This role requires someone who can independently design secure, scalable, and high‑performance cloud systems. Compensation: $8 – $12 USD per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Build secure multi‑tenant architecture with tenant‑level RBAC, encryption, and data isolation.
• Develop tenant onboarding, authentication, authorization, branding configs, and deployment automation.
• Build the agent execution engine for scheduled, manual, and event‑triggered workflows.
• Implement workflow logic: steps, branches, chaining, logs, retries.
• Build RAG‑based pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, querying.
• Create integration framework for REST/GraphQL connectors.
• Support OAuth2, API keys, managed identities.
• Manage secrets via Key Vault / AWS KMS.

Required Skills & Core Technology Stack

Multi‑tenant SaaS RBAC Identity federation OAuth2/OIDC Data isolation.

Bonus: Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex. Experience building connectors like Zapier/N8N/Workato. AI application development.

Must‑Have Traits

Strong backend experience with multi‑tenant SaaS and RBAC.

Cloud expertise with Microsoft Azure (Functions, APIM, AKS, Storage).

Hands‑on with vector databases and workflow/automation engines.

Strong observability experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
