Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Proven design and management of production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on GitOps with ArgoCD.
• Solid Linux, container networking, and cloud-native security knowledge.
• Experience building internal developer platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management with IaC.
• Implement and optimize GitOps CD workflows using ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with dev teams to define platform standards and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance with monitoring and self-healing.
