Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a senior backend/infrastructure leader to own the tooling and services powering our CI/CD pipelines. You will shape the deployment API and self-service paths, lead stabilization, and drive the roadmap for delivery tooling across Go and TypeScript platforms.

You will mentor engineers, define golden paths, and collaborate with CI/CD teams to evolve the shared monorepo and internal APIs. The role blends hands-on coding with strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering experience or equivalent leadership.
• Track record of architecting tooling, services, or platforms used by multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Go or TypeScript/JavaScript; strong in the other language.
• Experience with Kubernetes, serverless runtimes (Cloud Run), and major cloud providers (GCP/AWS).
• Leading high-stakes migrations or inheritance with cross-team alignment.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, MCP, and A2A frameworks in infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own tooling and services powering CI/CD pipelines and deployment APIs/CLI (TypeScript/Node, NestJS).
• Lead stabilization, evolution, and de-risk high-leverage deployment paths as ownership shifts.
• Set technical direction for delivery tooling and Go automation platform, including build-vs-buy decisions.
• Stay hands-on designing high-leverage components in Go and TypeScript/Node.
• Shape use of Agentic AI, MCP, and durable workflows to automate infrastructure tasks.
• Mentor engineers, raise quality through design and code reviews, influence partner teams.
