Job summary

Sysmind LLC seeks a Lead Engineer for an onsite role across San Antonio, TX and Plano, TX. The position requires 6-8 years of hands-on software experience with Go, Python, Java, and cloud tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation). Candidate will work on debugging, data handling with Lambda/DynamoDB, and build AI agent integrations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Go, Python, Java, and cloud-native tooling including Terraform and AWS services.
• Strong debugging, log analysis, performance profiling and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex systems with systematic debugging and log analysis.
• Design and implement AI/ML tooling with prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Lambda, DynamoDB and S3.
• Integrate external tools and APIs into agent frameworks; ensure secure, efficient operations.
