GrowthLoop is a founder-led, remote-first startup building an agentic marketing engine. We are seeking a backend engineer to own backend systems for query execution, journey orchestration, and export delivery.

This role involves on-call duties and responding to production issues. We offer a salary range of CAD 160,000–175,000 plus equity and a full benefits package.
