Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Application Support, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience coordinating across infrastructure, networking, security, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for mission-critical applications across multiple domains.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex platform issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents using logs, queries, and diagnostics to identify root causes.
• Coordinate resolution with infrastructure, networking, database, and vendor teams.
