Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years designing and supporting enterprise technology platforms.
Hands-on ServiceNow design, configuration, and integration experience.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong systems architecture and enterprise tech ecosystem knowledge.
Experience leading delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Solution Design: design and support enterprise employee experience platforms and related technology solutions.
Technical Delivery & Implementation: lead cross-functional delivery including ServiceNow platform enhancements and AI capabilities.
Platform Operations & Continuous Improvement: monitor platform health, troubleshoot, and improve adoption.
Business & Stakeholder Partnership: collaborate with HR, Experience Teams, and Technology to ensure delivery.
Governance, Metrics & Innovation: establish metrics and ensure governance and security.
