Xcel Energy seeks a ServiceNow Engineer to contribute to IT solution delivery, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You will manage the health of the technology ecosystem, implement scalable solutions, and guide cross-functional teams in architecture reviews and solution design.

Responsibilities include building Service Catalog items, workflows, and integrations, supporting Employee Center, AI/Now Assist capabilities, and ensuring security/governance across solutions.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related functional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, Business or related field, or 4 years of experience equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Design and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Support production incidents, platform upgrades, and release management.
• Monitor platform health and drive continuous improvement.
