IPSY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital Experience team. You will design, build, and maintain platform components with Next.js, TypeScript, and React across web surfaces, collaborating with Infra, SRE, and security teams to ship reliable software at scale.

You will work on Kong API Gateway, observability with Datadog, and analytics with Statsig/Amplitude, while enabling AI-powered capabilities across the platform. This role is fully remote within IPSY’s U.S.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Next.js and React in production.
• Experience designing shared libraries or internal platform components.
• Hands-on Kong API Gateway experience including Lua scripting.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD (Jenkins), and deployments on Netlify or Vercel.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (Datadog).
• Strong cross-functional communication with infra and security teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain shared libraries and services for frontend teams.
• Oversee Kong API Gateway services, including Lua scripting, and coordinate with Infra on cloud deployments (AWS).
• Build and support the platform ecosystem across web surfaces using Next.js/TypeScript/React.
• Improve monitoring and observability with Datadog for reliability and incidents.
• Build and evolve analytics/experimentation with Statsig and Amplitude.
• Drive performance optimizations and AI enablement across platform services.
