Morgan Stanley is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to partner with cloud-native development teams and empower them to deliver high-velocity software. You will build reusable components and workflows to improve developer experience and scale operations across AWS/Azure environments.

The role requires expertise in IaC, CI/CD, and observability, plus mentoring and architecture evolution to increase flexibility and ease of use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on Platform Engineering (DevOps/SRE) with leadership.
• 5+ years cloud-native solution architectures, IaC, observability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and operate reliable, secure cloud-native applications.
• Design, document, and maintain highly available systems.
• Implement centralized monitoring and feedback for dev teams.
• Collaborate to create automation, tooling, and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor junior teammates and share process improvements.
