Job summary

Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and operate large-scale distributed systems and data platforms, enabling reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient operations across the OneDT initiative. This role focuses on building a robust platform with strong emphasis on observability and automation.

You will help migrate to GitOps/ArgoCD, develop unified CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to ML and data infrastructure in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure or backend engineering building robust distributed systems.
• Deep cloud experience (AWS or GCP; Azure a plus) with Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
• Hands-on Kubernetes infrastructure experience.
• Experience with data/ML infra: Spark, Kafka, Databricks or similar.
• IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems and data platforms.
• Drive OneDT standardization: GitOps/ArgoCD and unified CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure, including Spark-on-K8s.
• Implement ML and data-pipeline tooling and workflows.
• Champion observability, automation, and cost optimization; lead on-call rotations.
• Participate in incident response and blameless postmortems.
