Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own foundational platform components and build internal tools that speed up engineering work. You will improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure that enable rapid, reliable software delivery across multiple teams.

You have 5+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering, with a strong focus on AWS, serverless architectures, and infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering
• Experience improving deployment workflows and developer tooling

Responsibilities

• Own foundational platform components end-to-end
• Build internal developer tools and automation
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure and supporting services
• Collaborate with engineering teams to drive adoption of platform capabilities
