Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend, infrastructure, or platform systems in production.
• Built internal tools and shared services used by multiple teams.
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment systems, and production environments.
• Designed reliable software improving how engineers build, test, deploy, or operate.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal tools, shared services, and automation to boost developer productivity.
• Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infra to enable fast, reliable shipping.
• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and developer environments.
• Improve observability and tooling to simplify debugging and operations.
• Develop reusable infrastructure components and self-service tooling to reduce manual work.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
• Lead foundational engineering projects end to end with scalable architectural decisions.
