Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production software with distributed systems expertise.
• Proficiency in Go or a similar language and backend/platform systems ownership.
• Strong focus on reliability, security, and observability.
• Clear communication and independent, cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with developer infrastructure such as CI/CD and build systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate core developer infrastructure services across CI, build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure.
• Improve engineering productivity: CI time, deploy speed, safety, and test feedback quality.
• Own services end to end: architecture, observability, SLOs, and on-call.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand pain points and turn them into platform improvements.
• Lead technical design for cross-cutting projects and drive them into production.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the platform's technical direction.
