Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Administrator to own the Azure DevOps environment, including governance, security, and integrations. You will partner with engineering, security, and architecture teams to mature platform standards and enable scalable CI/CD across AWS and Azure.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Git workflows, with a focus on secure, auditable delivery pipelines and strong collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in industry; 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Experience automating infrastructure operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Istio/Linkerd.
• Experience with Karpenter for scaling in the cloud.
• Proficient in AWS cloud components for stateful/stateless apps.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Extensive hands-on Azure DevOps administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps organizations, projects, repositories, pipelines, boards, artifacts, service connections, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, PRs, branch policies, and repository governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the in-house CI/CD automation pipeline.
• Deploy infrastructure across environments using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps.
• Design and develop scalable AWS applications using modern tools and patterns.
• Establish cloud infrastructure standards, templates, and processes.
• Build and operate secure, scalable AWS platforms across compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Enable developer self-service through reusable Terraform modules and automated provisioning workflows.
• Improve AWS platform reliability through observability, incident troubleshooting, and automated recovery.
• Administer Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and configurations; standardize naming and remove unused assets.
• Monitor platform health, usage, consumption, and governance to improve costs and user experience.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, branch policies, pull requests, and build validation; maintain reusable templates and guardrails.
