SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Administrator to own administration, governance, security, integrations, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Azure DevOps environment.

This role serves as the primary platform administrator across Azure Repos, Pipelines, Boards, permissions, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on Azure DevOps administration experience, strong platform governance, and practical understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years in industry with at least 1 year in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
• Experience with automation for infrastructure operations.
• Experience with Kubernetes and service mesh tech (Istio/Linkerd).
• Experience with Karpenter for scaling APIs in cloud.
• Proficient in AWS cloud components for stateful/stateless apps.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Extensive Azure DevOps administration in enterprise environments.
• Strong Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review practices.
• Experience governing Azure Pipelines, YAML pipelines, and build/release workflows.
• Experience with Azure Boards for Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery.
• DevOps security practices including least privilege and policy enforcement.
• Experience integrating security tools into DevOps; Wiz is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex permissions, pipelines, and integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead governance forums and document standards.
• Strong documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the in‑house CI/CD automation pipeline as an individual contributor.
• Serve as a CI/CD automation expert and plan releases for products at varying maturity.
• Deploy infrastructure across environments using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps.
• Design and develop scalable AWS stateful and stateless apps with modern cloud patterns.
• Establish cloud infrastructure standards, templates, and processes with partners.
• Build and operate secure, scalable AWS platforms across compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Enable developer self‑service via reusable Terraform modules and automated provisioning.
• Improve AWS platform reliability through observability, incident troubleshooting, and auto recovery.
• Administer Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, permissions, configurations; standardize assets.
• Monitor platform health, usage, costs, risk, and user experience; govern CI/CD pipelines and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot builds, permissions, agent pools, and service connections; ensure secure operations.
• Partner with security on DevSecOps, audits, and privileged access governance.
• Maintain Wiz and Azure DevOps integrations with cloud, identity, ITSM, and tooling.
• Configure Azure Boards, process templates, backlogs, iterations, and dashboards for Agile teams.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
