• Communicate with technical, third parties, and business resources in writing and verbally
• Engineer end-to-end support frameworks across technology layers
• Lead craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
• Mentor other members of the engineering community
• Execute automated testing to ensure successful production deployment
