Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
At least 4 years of experience with AWS.
At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
At least 2 years of experience administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt and effective technical support to users.
Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices.
Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials for users.
Focus on building and maintaining the underlying operational aspects of the platform including remediating vulnerabilities.
Monitor platform support Slack channels and address customer questions and issues.
Collaborate with the Architecture team to align the platforms to latest architecture and configuration.
Encourage innovation and teamwork to a legacy process and drive inclusion.
