Mintlify is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to own critical systems end-to-end, from architecture to production. You will set the technical direction, raise the quality bar, and enable engineers to build and operate software faster and more reliably.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, IaC, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability.
• Led critical infrastructure projects from architecture through production.
• Balance reliability, velocity, performance, security and cost.
• Strong product intuition and focus on developer experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers and sharing technical knowledge.
• Familiar with AWS, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, and Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Own critical platform systems: architect and operate infrastructure, services, and tooling.
• Set the direction for developer velocity: improve how the team builds, tests, deploys, and operates software.
• Scale the platform for what’s next: evolve compute, databases, queues, caching, and edge systems.
• Drive operational excellence: observability, incident response, and automation while reducing on-call toil.
• Raise the engineering bar: review designs, set standards, mentor engineers.
