Job summary

Superserve (YC F26) in San Francisco/Remote is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for the Platform to scale the runtime and ensure safe execution of untrusted AI agents. You’ll own end-to-end design from low-level runtime to production reliability, collaborating directly with the founder.

You’ll design agent runtime infrastructure using Firecracker, Rust, and Go, set security boundaries, and shape scheduling and orchestration at scale across regions and bare metal.

Qualifications

• Built and operated distributed systems at scale.
• Strong systems background in concurrency, isolation, networking, and performance.
• Experience with Go and/or Rust, or willingness to learn quickly.
