Job summary

Worky in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a senior software leader to design and build core platform capabilities, from high-throughput data pipelines to AI-powered insights and agentic automation. You will own products through the full lifecycle, shipping new features and triaging critical production issues while ensuring operational health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building production-grade full-stack and backend services.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka and Flink.
• Experience building AI-powered products including LLM integration and NLP pipelines.
• Hands-on with cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
