Job summary

Savvy Wealth is hiring a Senior Engineer to lead design and delivery of complex product and platform work where AI integrates with fiduciary advice. You will own end-to-end delivery, establish engineering patterns, and shape platform evolution as Savvy scales.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and work directly with financial advisor customers to understand workflows and drive reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with AI tools in daily workflow: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and related.
• Track record leading projects end-to-end with measurable business impact.
• Strong full-stack or platform engineering depth across Rails, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex product features and platform systems from scoping to production.
• Establish engineering patterns, standards, tests, observability, and iteration across product and platform work.
• Apply AI tooling to accelerate output and raise team velocity.
• Make architectural decisions on data models, service boundaries, and system tradeoffs.
