Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing systems other developers rely on.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools across the software lifecycle.
• Track record building production-grade systems across large codebases.
• Genuine curiosity about developer experience and productivity.
• Experience with evals, prompt and context engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and infrastructure that make every Jane developer faster.
• Architect a platform mindset and integrate into larger systems.
• Embed with product teams to observe work and remove friction.
• Drive agent-authored code from novelty to normal.
• Communicate early and often to keep teams aligned in a distributed setup.
