The role emphasizes ROI, data science, and AI knowledge, with travel required and close collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years in contact center operations or implementations.
• Strong communication with senior executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of CRM/CDP/ERP data ecosystems.
• Data lake/warehouse architecture expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake).
• Travel ~30–50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell CX automation to C-suite with ROI focus.
• Maintain executive relationships and ROI discussions.
• Explain Verint DaVinci AI and product differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position platform as the choice.
• Present Engagement Data Hub to IT/Data Science leaders.
• Advise on data architecture and industry insights.
• Develop thought leadership and speak at events.
• Create content for multiple channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner/customer engagement.
• Identify white spaces and close opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verint products and trends.
