Job summary

Verint Systems, Inc. in Raleigh seeks a Platform Consultant to act as an executive evangelist for the Verint Open CCaaS platform.

This senior role blends technology and business development to deliver ROI for customers, working with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will lead SME activities across Product, Sales, Solutions, and Services to position the platform as the choice in contact centers, educate on Verint DaVinci AI, and translate data architecture into strategic value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years' of experience in AI and Data Science.
• 10+ years of in-depth experience with contact center operations.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Excellent leadership in internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.
• Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses (Amazon, GCP, Azure, Snowflake).
• Strong networking abilities.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Effective and professional presentation and communication with senior executives.
• Travel approximately 30-50%.
• Background screening and credit travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate as SME selling CX automation solutions to C-suite executives with ROI focus.
• Nurture executive relationships through ROI discussions in marquee accounts and drive adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of machine learning and Verint DaVinci AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams to position Verint Open CCaaS as the platform of choice.
• Present Verint Engagement Data Hub to IT and Data Science teams.
• Leverage data architecture knowledge to provide industry insights.
• Build thought leadership and network through speaking opportunities.
• Deliver content across channels to promote the platform benefits.
• Collaborate with Marketing to engage partners and customers.
• Identify white spaces and close opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verint products and industry trends.
