Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies performance bottlenecks, conducts root cause analysis, and optimizes platform performance.
• Develops and improves troubleshooting procedures and documentation; leads major support activities.
• Participates in backup planning; designs disaster recovery and testing.
• Analyzes performance data; recommends optimizations and reports findings.
• Leads design and configuration of complex platforms; ensures adherence to standards.
