Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior solutions leader to own the technical, solution, and competitive aspects of Zendesk AI customer engagement. You will work with Enterprise and Mid Market executives to map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions, leveraging APIs and JSON to craft production-grade AI/LLM implementations.

You will drive the lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, partnering with customers to design data pipelines and architectural blueprints across Salesforce, Zendesk, and related SaaS

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Technical Customer-Facing Leadership.
• Proven track record in solutions engineering, technical consulting, and enterprise implementation.
• Comfortable writing code, APIs, and utilizing JSON query/transformation languages.
• Experience managing the entire lifecycle of a solution.
• Practical experience developing, selling, and building around Artificial Intelligence, including conversational BOTs.
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), data pipelines, and enterprise ticketing systems.
• Adept at creating comprehensive customer journey maps and technical architecture blueprints.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
