Job summary
Jobtailor is seeking a senior solutions leader to own the technical, solution, and competitive aspects of Zendesk AI customer engagement. You will work with Enterprise and Mid Market executives to map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions, leveraging APIs and JSON to craft production-grade AI/LLM implementations.
You will drive the lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, partnering with customers to design data pipelines and architectural blueprints across Salesforce, Zendesk, and related SaaS
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Technical Customer-Facing Leadership.
- Proven track record in solutions engineering, technical consulting, and enterprise implementation.
- Comfortable writing code, APIs, and utilizing JSON query/transformation languages.
- Experience managing the entire lifecycle of a solution.
- Practical experience developing, selling, and building around Artificial Intelligence, including conversational BOTs.
- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), data pipelines, and enterprise ticketing systems.
- Adept at creating comprehensive customer journey maps and technical architecture blueprints.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
