Job summary

ACI Speedpay seeks a Group Product Manager to lead the Platform & API product strategy and execution for our API and developer experience platform, including interfaces, SDKs, and integration surfaces used by billers and internal teams. This leader manages a team of Product Managers aligned to platform sub-domains, partnering with Engineering leadership to ensure the platform scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in product management for platform, API, or developer-facing products at scale.
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers.
• Payments, financial infrastructure, or regulated domain experience.
• Strong technical fluency to evaluate API design with Engineering.
• Roadmap and strategy experience in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across engineers and executives.
• Data-driven decision making with bias to action.
• Experience with Risk / Compliance / Architecture in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the API and developer experience product vision and roadmap aligned to the platform strategy.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of API and developer experience products including discovery, delivery, adoption and retirement.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers across platform sub-domains.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security/Risk and consuming product teams to drive platform adoption.
• Represent platform investments with data-backed recommendations and align across senior stakeholders.
