Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing software engineering teams; hands-on background in systems software; low-level focus.
• Strong grounding in network protocols, connection management and storage systems.
• Experience owning production infrastructure at scale and ensuring reliability.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural direction for the team; drive the technical roadmap and review designs.
• Hire, coach, and grow engineers; manage recruitment and career development.
• Own project resourcing, quality bar, and cross‑org collaboration; drive end‑to‑end testing and validation.
