Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytical experience in a product/platform/engineering-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong track record delivering value in analytics within direct-to-consumer or technology environments.
• Creative problem-solving with ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills; Python experience a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Measure how platform and security changes affect key business metrics like conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Design and analyze experiments to quantify security vs. user friction tradeoffs.
• Analyze sign‑in and purchase funnels across mediums and methods to identify drop-offs and optimize flows.
• Partner with Finance on Gross Margin, COGS, and cloud hosting cost to understand unit economics and availability tradeoffs.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into account, password, and security landscapes.
• Serve as analytical thought partner to the platform engineering team.
