Job summary

Stellent IT LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Platform Analytics professional to drive measurement and reporting strategy for the Tachyon platform, defining KPIs, OKRs, and governance to show value and adoption.

You will build dashboards, data pipelines, and BI solutions with Power BI and Power Platform, partnering with product, engineering, governance, and FinOps to deliver timely insights and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years designing measurement, reporting, or analytics strategies for enterprise platforms.
Strong ability to identify trends, insights, and translate data into business recommendations.
Proven experience building dashboards, scorecards, and BI solutions for executive audiences.
Experience with data pipelines, data integration, and reporting datasets.

Responsibilities

Drive KPI/OKR and reporting strategy for platform adoption, governance, and value realization.
Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and data pipelines supporting platform lifecycle measurement.
Analyze diverse datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and trusted metrics.
Partner with product, engineering, governance, security, FinOps, and business teams to deliver insights.
Define measurement approaches for availability, utilization, cost optimization, and time-to-value.
Create executive-level reports, visualizations, and progress updates.
Build BI solutions using Power BI and Power Platform for self-service insights.
