Qualifications

• B.S. degree in chemical or plastics engineering with 5–9 years of experience.
• Knowledge of statistics, process validation, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools to characterize and improve processes.
• Plan and analyze multi-phase validation runs for new equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain project charters and implementation plans.
• Transfer projects to operations with training and SOP development.
• Establish and implement control plans to sustain gains.
• Support development of regional and global operational strategy.
