The candidate will analyze results, characterize hardware, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to advance technology roadmaps in a world-class setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field is required; PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years of semiconductor plasma process engineering experience.
  • Ability to develop new plasma processes and drive technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Design, collect data, analyze, and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments.
  • Perform hardware characterization on challenging systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and conduct Root Cause Analysis.
  • Measure film properties and interpret data.
  • Generate internal documentation for products and reports.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve process issues under limited supervision.
  • Identify and partner with vendors and suppliers.
  • Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation.
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior colleagues.
