Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Automation Systems Technician II for the Plasma Logistics Center in Clayton, NC. This role operates automated systems, manages plasma inventory, and supports SG Plasma Management System, SAP, and Savanna WMS to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of plasma.

The position requires working on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 1:30pm–12:00am), handling hazardous environments, following CGMPs, SOPs, safety protocols, and coordinating with Quality, Plasma Operations, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or other FDA licensed Industry
• Experience working with cGMPs and Industry Standards
• Experience in reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures

Responsibilities

• Operate automated systems through HMI to aid fault recovery
• Independently learn and excel at operating multiple inventory control systems (SAP, SGP, Savanna)
• Identify and separate various plasma types and intermediates for storage in Savanna WMS
• Manage plasma inventory using WMS to maintain storage/retrieval efficiency
• Follow CGMP and keep cleanliness and organization
• Use RF Terminal scanners and forklift equipment safely
• Coordinate with Maintenance to report faulty equipment
