Qualifications

• Significant experience in engineering leadership within product or systems development.
• Experience leading complex engineering programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of systems integration, module design, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and organizational direction.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategy for planter modules systems aligned with Crop Care roadmaps and business priorities.
• Drive innovation within planter systems, including integration of new technologies and product enhancements.
• Oversee large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs with significant technical complexity and budget responsibility.
• Lead managers and senior technical professionals across application engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure integrated product delivery.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and long-term workforce planning.
