Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading complex engineering programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of systems integration and module design.
• Agricultural machinery knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for planter modules systems aligned with roadmaps.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies in planter systems.
• Lead large cross-functional engineering programs with budget accountability.
