Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks an Engineering Technology Lead for Plant Utilities to oversee design, maintenance, and optimization of critical plant infrastructure across multiple sites. The role requires leading capital projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will work remotely with significant travel to sites, collaborating with EHS and engineering teams to improve reliability, energy efficiency, and safety programs company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of Arc Flash MFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects ($1M+) with third-party firms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for all manufacturing utilities across facilities.
• Design, audit, and optimize plant infrastructure for reliability and energy efficiency.
• Lead electrical infrastructure strategy and Arc Flash safety programs.
