Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks an Engineering Technology Lead for plant utilities in the Nashville area.

This senior role owns strategic oversight, design and optimization of water, air, gas, steam and electrical systems, working with EHS and senior leadership to ensure compliance and safety. The role requires 15+ years in engineering and maintenance, strong Arc Flash/NFPA 70E/OSHA knowledge, and experience leading large capital projects with external firms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years in engineering and maintenance with heavy plant infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Arc Flash regulations, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards.
• Experience managing large-capital projects ($1M+) and working with third‑party engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for all manufacturing utility systems across sites.
• Audit plant systems to identify gaps, risks and modernization opportunities.
• Conceptualize, scope and develop engineering projects from inception to capital approval.
• Present ROI-focused business cases to senior management to justify project funding.
