Dow is seeking a Senior Operations Performance Engineer for their Hahnville, LA site. You will optimize plant operations, troubleshoot complex processes, and drive safe, cost-efficient production through data-driven MET applications and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes performance monitoring, rapid response to plant issues, and leadership in applying best practices across units. Requires a engineering degree and 3+ years of related experience; TWIC eligibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years engineering/manufacturing experience.
• TWIC card required or eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Works with operations to optimize plant performance using technical expertise.
• References MET and utilizes process automation to improve operations.
• Documents root causes of asset utilization losses and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains daily KPI/trend reviews to drive performance and supports off-hours as needed.
• Ensures compliance with permits and site integration for overall system optimization.
