Job summary

Roquette is seeking an Operations/Maintenance Senior Manager for the Institute, WV facility. The role reports to the Plant Manager and drives safe, reliable plant operations and maintenance.

You will lead engineering and operator teams, set performance goals, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards while coordinating with technology, CapEx, and process automation groups. Required are 10+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and a technical engineering

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of Supervisory or Performance Management of a team.
• 2+ years in a Pharma industrial setting is preferred.
• Computer and technical literacy; demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable operations in maintenance and operations while supporting safety across the facility.
• Lead development and execution of plant goals and action plans with work teams to implement business strategy.
• Coordinate with Mfg Technology, capital projects, and improvement functions to align plant KPIs.
• Mentor and coach engineers, technicians and operators; monitor performance against production plans and quality criteria.
• Ensure maintenance resources are allocated to support all facility needs and that major shutdowns are properly planned and executed.
