The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years in power plant operations, with strong leadership and EH&S/NERC expertise. On-site role with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of power plant operations and maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and NERC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily operations and maintenance activities to achieve safety, environmental, reliability, and financial performance targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a multi-skilled operations team that is technically proficient and motivated.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to plan and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize plant availability.
• Monitor plant performance and adjust operational strategies to optimize production and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and NERC requirements and maintain timely documentation.
