Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership; 5+ years as a manager.
• Experience with P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Expertise in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Ability to partner with finance, sales, procurement, HR, operations, and logistics.
• Strategic leadership with talent development and succession planning.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.
• Experience in a commercial role with customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and long-range planning for the Stockton facility, covering revenue, manufacturing, capital, and HR resources.
• Drive world-class manufacturing capabilities and capital project planning.
• Provide direction on SI&OP processes and coordinate with senior leadership across functions.
• Monitor production performance and address issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations aligned with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and mentor plant leadership and create an engaging operating culture.
• Support enterprise-level initiatives and collaborate with stockton leadership on strategic goals.
