Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team and provide coaching to achieve department goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, quality standards, and contracts while maximizing yields.
• Oversee production, maintenance, quality, shipping, schedules, inventory, safety programs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; support problem-solving and risk mitigation.
• Lead budgeting and strategic planning for the function.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Promote safety programs and train management to upgrade skills.
