Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily department activities (maintenance, operations, warehouse).
Ensure tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Provide daily reports to production manager and relevant personnel.
Oversee setup of machinery and equipment prior to production for efficiency.
Monitor production flow and resolve operation problems for the shift.
Coach and develop shift leads; provide performance feedback regularly.
Support SQF 2000 systems development and maintenance.
