Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of career experience in operations, management or related roles.
• At least five years in a leadership position.
• Strong background in heavy equipment plant operations.
• Ability to lead teams across levels and run meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all operational activities of the designated site.
• Oversees P&L responsibilities and budget adherence.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance and quality standards.
• Plans production schedules and allocates resources to meet client needs.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts.
• Performance manage managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
