Job summary

Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a Plant Manager for a plastic injection molding operation in Philadelphia. You will own day-to-day manufacturing, drive plant performance, and manage full P&L responsibilities while leading safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics; implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives; develop high‑performing teams; monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, and labor efficiency; partner with engineering on tooling and process

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in plastics
• Strong Lean / Six Sigma background
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead production, maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Own P&L budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met
• Develop and lead high-performing teams across departments
• Track and improve KPIs such as OEE, downtime, and labor efficiency
• Partner with engineering on tooling and process improvements
