Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required; MBA helpful.
  • Minimum 5 years in a plant management role within manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership and ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience overseeing CNC machining operations and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Operations Management, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct Performance Management, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing the achievements of team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety procedures.
  • Develop and manage the plant's budget, making necessary adjustments as needed to meet financial objectives.
  • Handle any issues or delays in production in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
